Role in NRTCC
As the lead of the NRTCC initiative, Mr. Raj Alampur serves as the Strategic Lead and Clinical Mentor, responsible for driving the platform's vision, ensuring the clinical quality of all career counselling and psychometric assessments, and fostering institutional partnerships. Leveraging his extensive background in behavioral therapy and his experience scaling regional centers, he oversees the development of professional training modules and provides mentorship to interns, ensuring the network maintains high ethical and practical standards in all educational and psychological services.
Mr. Raj Alampur (Psychologist & Behavior Therapist)
Mr. Raj Alampur is a distinguished psychologist and dedicated PhD scholar with extensive expertise in behavioral therapy, mental health, and career development. As the Founder and Director of the Personality Care Foundation (PCF)—a division of the Raj Alampur Charitable Trust—he has been instrumental in scaling mental health services across multiple regions, including Rohtak, Panipat, Jind, Hisar, Bahadurgarh, and Gurugram. With over 10,000 hours of therapy experience, he combines clinical rigor with a deep commitment to community well-being.
Throughout his career, he has served as a psychological counselor for the Indian Army and maintains an active empanelment with the Government of Haryana, demonstrating his capacity to work within diverse and high-stakes environments. His influence extends across 15 Indian states, where he has delivered over 1,000 seminars for prestigious educational institutions and international clients, consistently advocating for mental health awareness and professional growth.
